One of my favorite holiday movies has always been the Grinch, the cartoon version. I watched that every year with my daughters, even when they were teenagers. Well one Christmas (after they had got jobs and were living on their own)they each decided to get me How The Grinch Stole Christmas as a Christmas present. They didn't say anything to each other about it beforehand. Well Christmas morning you can imagine our surprise when we all opened up the Grinch. You see, I had bought it for them too. So needless to say, we had an extra. They also bought me Grinch houseshoes that year too.

I love holiday movies...but I'd have to say my favorite is "Fred Claus" with Vince Vaughan. Such a fan and it's adorable with a great message. I enjoy the animated "Charlie Brown" cartoon regarding Christmas too. Love his tree :)

Merry Christmas!

Polar Express is my favorite. It reminds me of the days when my brother's and I used to believe in Santa.
The scene about the boy ringing the bell and not being able to hear the wonderful sound just made me feel sad.

Without a doubt, my favorite holiday story is the Charlie Brown Christmas special. It's a tradition to watch it every year. I even bought a "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree this year from Westlakes. Ha!

Can I repeat my story? The one I already told you over at Marilyn's Romance Reviews? The peaceful Christmas? We had one when I was young. Precious!
